Creating a communications hub.

McCarthy & Stone have more of a specific customer profile than a regular House Builder. Each development is focused on the local community (within a 5 mile radius) so the ability to run highly targeted local marketing campaigns on the Connects platform lead to an upturn in responses.

Profiled household data.

They needed access to profiled household data that would help pinpoint homebuyers based on a specific criterion. Each of their 9 regions run their campaigns in isolation of each other so a local marketing platform with editable branded templates was an advantage.

Precision Connects the ideal solution.

Precision Connects provided the ideal platform to enable orders to be funnelled from all 9 regions through to the Precision Print & Mail facility. We built a PDF upload function so that regions could upload artwork directly into the automated system.

We were able to provide McCarthy & Stone access to 23 million named and acorn profiled records, each modelled to suit the typical demographic of a McCarthy & Stone homeowner. We used a Google Maps interface to enable the data selection to be geographically based within 5 miles of the development.


Immediate upturn in responses.

They started to see an up turn in responses straight away based on an increased relevance through the data they selected.

Through creating a marketing hub for all 9 regions to order their direct mail campaigns via the fully automated Connects platform we insured that irrespective of the quantity ordered we can print and mail at the best possible price.

The guys at Precision were brilliant all the way through the project that I worked with them on. They are approachable, down to earth and have an excellent understanding of Direct Marketing.
